As technical director, my job is to manage all the official operations within our school. I make sure we have all the legal paperwork and requirements to operate as one of the top schools in our country. I ensure we have efficient and clear communications with the Guatemalan Ministry of Education, as well as its diplomatic and cultural liaisons. I collaborate with the General Director and principals to ensure our teaching is in its prime form, applying the most successful methods and evaluations. Students, parents, and teachers alike approach me to resolve conflicts with diplomatic solutions.
I’m proud of sustaining open and friendly communications with every member of our community. I aspire to make everybody in our school feel like part of our big, happy family, that is why I also lead an Enrichment group and manage a Destination Imagination team.
